Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care needs , including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with mobility, transfers , and positioning
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping , meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Accurately document services provided and report changes in client condition
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients
Qualifications:
- CPR certification (required)
- NEGATIVE TB Test
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- A heart for caring and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
