Mon-Fri8 am-4 pm 40 hrs/wk

No evenings, weekends or holidays (except infrequent on-call coverage for medical questions)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact person and coordinator of medical supports for all assigned individuals.
• Perform heath care assessments and develop written health care plans.
• Consult with program staff on specific medical interventions, techniques and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with one year experience. Some experience with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities or acquired brain injury is ideal. Current license in the State of Massachusetts.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
