In this role, you'll spend your days helping adults with developmental disabilities participate in community activities, learn new skills, build friendships, and gain greater independence.No two days are exactly alike. One day you may be helping someone learn to prepare lunch, the next you may be leading a game, visiting a local park, supporting a community outing, or helping participants work toward personal goals.If you're patient, creative, enjoy working with people, and want a career that truly matters, we'd love to meet you.This is a full-time position with a consistent daytime schedule.

This is an active, hands-on position. The Day Program Coordinator/Skills Coach spends much of the day engaging with participants, leading activities, supporting community outings, completing electronic documentation, and assisting with program materials and supplies.This role is ideal for candidates who have experience helping individuals with disabilities learn, practice, and achieve personal goals.
