Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Day Laborers to assist with various manual labor tasks on construction sites, warehouses, landscaping projects, and other short-term assignments. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, are punctual, and can follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, electricians, landscapers) as needed
• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
• Perform digging, lifting, carrying, and other physical tasks
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors efficiently and accurately

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow verbal and written instructions
• No prior experience required, but general labor or construction experience is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation to job sites
