Proactive and detail-oriented, the remote Databricks L1 Support Engineer will provide first-level support to application teams, automate processes, and assist in building and deploying Data Landing Zones using Infrastructure as Code. Key responsibilities Provide first-level support to application teams via the ServiceNow ticketing system Gather and analyze requirements to onboard new Data Landing Zones Automate repetitive tasks and improve existing support processes Required qualifications 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Databricks 1-3 years of experience with Azure Data Factory Background in application support or technical operations Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP Experience with source control tools like Git, GitHub, or GitLab
