The Product Owner will lead the definition and delivery of product capabilities within the Risk and Controls domain, with a strong focus on Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and monitoring and testing platforms. The role requires hands-on experience working in Agile environments, partnering closely with business, risk, compliance, and technology teams to translate control and regulatory requirements into scalable, well-designed product solutio
ns.
This role operates across multiple Scrum teams, requiring strong dependency management, early identification of risks, and effective coordination across platforms and stakeholders. Experience with AI-enabled capabilities is a strong plus, though not a mandatory requirem

Qualific

  • ationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent with customer centric mindset to focus on client
  • needs.7–10 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles in Agile environments in Technology Risk and control d
  • omain Strong hands-on experience with user story writing, story mapping, backlog management, and Scrum cerem
  • onies.Solid understanding of Risk & Controls frameworks, including
  • RCSA.Demonstrated ability to prioritize the items that maximize business value while receiving requests from multiple stakeholders at the same
  • times.Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and team members to drive collaboration and alig
