Supporting database services for DEXIS software, the full-time Database Support Specialist will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, manage customer escalations, and assist with technical projects, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues for internal and external customers via various communication methods Manage customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of interactions Assist with technical projects, including database conversions and renumberings, while mentoring team members Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in troubleshooting computer software/hardware or technical support Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, databases (SQL, Flat-file, PostgresSQL), and networks Experience with Microsoft Office Availability to work standard departmental support hours, including holidays and overtime as needed
