The platform is built on MySQL, client data is coming in mostly from Oracle sources, and they are building search functionality into the app on LucidWorks, which is driven out of Solr (similar to Postgres), thus those 3 tech all being listed. All deployed on AWS.
So they need to be adept in understanding data schemas, data table concepts--- someone who is a sharp database professional with some cloud foundational knowledge with a good aptitude for learning, excellent soft skills.Database engineer, know cloud, performance tune a database.
