Leading the business-side data migration preparation stream, the full-time Database Engineer SME will assess legacy data, facilitate mapping workshops, and define data cleansing rules while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Assess legacy data sources and readiness for migration from the current on-premises environment Plan and facilitate data mapping workshops with subject matter experts and migration resources Document source-to-target mappings and coordinate business validation of migrated data Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, data management, business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience At least 5 years of data analysis, conversion, or migration experience, including 3 years supporting enterprise applications Advanced proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data mapping tools Experience facilitating business mapping and validation workshops with data owners Ability to communicate technical data issues in clear business terms
