To support direct response fundraising performance, the full-time Remote Direct Response Database Developer will develop, maintain, and optimize automated data pipelines, ensuring accurate data movement from ingestion through campaign execution and reporting. Key Responsibilities Partner with Data Analysts and client teams to understand business requirements and campaign objectives Load, cleanse, transform, and summarize client donor and marketing data according to established standards Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and other database objects to support campaign operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field 3-5+ years of experience in database development or data operations Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational database platforms Experience with data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and validation Ability to develop and maintain complex database objects and troubleshoot data processing issues
