Database ArchitectThe Database Architect with 7 years plus of experience, independently designs and builds relational databases and will continue maintenance for the Campaign Finance Information System (CFIS), Lobbying website, and the Statement of Economic Interest (SEI) website. This person will also work with staff to troubleshoot issues that arise during use and reporting within the applications. This person will work with staff and other stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of application changes.The Database Architect will also:Develop strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database;Cleans and maintain the databases by removing and deleting old data;Be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures;Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; andPerform a variety of tasks using a wide degree of creativity and latitude.Technical Requirements and Advanced Knowledge:Visual Studio;.NET;C#;MVC;ASP.NET;Razer;jQuery;Knockout;Customized Bootstrap;Telerik;SSRS; andSQL.
