Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Database & Messaging Software Engineer with experience in distributed messaging, database technologies, and event-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and distributed messaging systems.
- Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL in production environments.
- API development and integration using Apigee or similar platforms.
- Monitoring and observability experience with Splunk, Grafana, or equivalent tools.
- Expertise in database performance tuning, optimization, and high availability.
- Experience with event-driven applications and cloud-native data platforms.
- Scripting and automation using Python or Go.
- Understanding of security, resiliency, backup, and disaster recovery.
Note: Candidates must be willing to work onsite 3 days per week at one of the specified locations.
