Working remotely with occasional onsite meetings, the full-time Database Administrator Principal will administer and support SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases, focusing on database design, security, performance tuning, and AWS RDS administration. Key responsibilities Design, implement, and administer databases, ensuring security and access control Administer SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases, including performance tuning and backup/recovery Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine database administration tasks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in an IT-related discipline Hands-on experience administering SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases Experience with AWS database administration, including provisioning and monitoring Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
