Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Database Administrator IV will ensure the performance, security, availability, and scalability of enterprise database platforms, focusing on modernizing infrastructure and advancing cloud adoption in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain enterprise database platforms such as IBM Db2, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL Design and implement secure, highly available database environments that support business applications and analytics Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies to enhance reliability and efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience Seven or more years of experience administering enterprise database environments Professional database certifications (e.g., IBM Db2, AWS Certified Database - Specialty) preferred Strong SQL programming skills and expertise in database architecture and performance tuning Experience administering AWS database services including Amazon RDS and Amazon Aurora
