Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of database administrators, managing performance and workload distribution Develop and execute the database infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives and evaluate emerging technologies Oversee installation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL databases to ensure high availability and performance Required Qualifications 12+ years of progressive experience in database administration with 10+ years focused on Oracle 19c+ administration 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with MS SQL Server 2012+ and PostgreSQL Expert-level knowledge of PL/SQL coding, debugging, and query optimization Strong background in Linux system administration and proven experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
