Key Responsibilities- Interpret and analyze domain-specific charts, graphs, and data visualizations with accuracy and precise terminology.
- Create clear, unambiguous questions requiring multi-step quantitative reasoning from information-rich charts.
- Develop objectively answerable tasks involving reasoning, calculations, comparisons, and trend analysis.
- Provide accurate answers with detailed, step-by-step reasoning and calculation explanations.
- Use correct terminology for chart elements, units, axes, scales, legends, confidence intervals, and time periods.
- Ensure tasks are objective, clear, and free of unsupported conclusions or unnecessary complexity.
- Collaborate remotely with coordinators and reviewers using strong written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor''s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field, such as medicine, biostatistics, finance, economics, engineering, physics, earth science, GIS, data science, statistics, operations, or manufacturing.
- At least two years of professional, academic, or research experience working with domain-relevant charts or quantitative data.
- Ability to accurately interpret charts and perform multi-step quantitative reasoning.
- Experience selecting and interpreting complex charts with multiple data series, annotations, or statistical features.
- Ability to write unambiguous, objectively answerable questions and explain calculations clearly in English.
- Experience authoring technical assessments, benchmark questions, or structured analytical tasks for learning, analytics, or evaluation is preferred.
- Experience collaborating asynchronously with cross-functional technical or research teams is preferred.
- An advanced degree, professional credential, or substantial industry specialization is highly desirable.
- No prior AI experience is required.
