Ensure accurate organizational data in preparation for upload to Workday and other systems.Requirements:Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data analysis).Experience working with HR, workforce, or organizational data.Experience with Workday, including EIBs, data loads, and data validation.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex datasets.Preferences:Familiarity with organizational design, workforce planning, or HR transformation initiatives.Skills in data visualization tools like Tableau.Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL.This position offers a flexible work environment with the option to work remotely.
