Key responsibilities Develop and implement the Enterprise Data Strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning data capabilities with organizational priorities Lead enterprise strategic planning for data initiatives, including business case development and investment recommendations Manage complex cross-functional data programs, ensuring stakeholder engagement and driving organizational adoption of data-driven practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or Enterprise Architecture 10-12+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, portfolio management, or program management Proven success in developing and executing enterprise strategies across multiple business functions Experience advising executives and facilitating strategic planning Strong understanding of enterprise data management, analytics, governance, and AI enablement
