Job Description
Purpose of the role: To support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
- Development of business requirements that address problems and opportunities.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
- Preparation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
- Conducting feasibility studies to determine viability of proposed solutions.
- Creation of operational and process designs to deliver solutions within agreed scope.
- Support for change‑management activities, including development of a traceability matrix.
- Provide qualitative assessment and data analysis to generate actionable insights for data governance and quality control.
- Develop and manage project plans and roadmaps outlining scope, objectives and delivery timelines.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to uncover trends, identify gaps and highlight opportunities.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to design and maintain architecture frameworks, policies and governance processes that align with business objectives.
- Manage project risks, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed and mitigated.
- Develop and use KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business functions and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to apply best practices and innovative approaches.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using influencing and negotiating skills to achieve outcomes.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviours (listen, energise, align, develop) to create an environment where colleagues thrive, or guide technical direction as a subject‑matter expert.
Location & Compensation
Location: Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available).
Salary range: $160,000 – $200,000 per year (base). This position is eligible for an incentive award.
