Job Summary
As a Data Steward on the Reporting Application team, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and usability of critical business data. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to maintain high-quality data, support data governance initiatives, and ensure accurate integration and documentation of product and supplier data.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the subject matter expert for business-facing data, including products and suppliers.
- Collect, organize, and manage data from multiple sources, partnering with stakeholders to identify and resolve data gaps.
- Maintain and update the Data Dictionary and create clear documentation for data definitions and processes.
- Review brand standards and translate product data into standardized templates.
- Analyze and understand data flows across systems; examine data mappings and provide recommendations.
- Monitor data quality and help define metrics for ongoing evaluation.
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from the data warehouse.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability across platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Management, or related field – or equivalent work experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in data stewardship, data analysis, or similar roles.
- 1+ year of experience using Master Data Management tools (e.g., Informatica).
- 1–2 years of experience writing and executing Microsoft SQL queries.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience supporting data entry, quality, and operational best practices.
