To support the Defense Logistics Agency program, the full-time remote Data Standardization Specialist will provide technical support in evaluating data elements, ensure clarity in data definitions, and develop data strategies and policies. Key responsibilities Evaluate data elements, codes, and business rules to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with business processes Collect business and data requirements, conducting data analysis to inform strategy development Implement capabilities to meet business information needs while representing DoW interests in data standards management Required qualifications Ten years of experience in a relevant field, focusing on policy review and coordination of data elements within DoW Experience with standards and technologies such as ASC X12, data warehousing, and SQL Extensive experience in representing DoW interests in the ASC X12 data standards management process Possession of IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3
