About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Data Solutions Architect to join a newly established Enterprise Data Architecture team responsible for shaping the future of data, analytics, and AI across the organization.

This is a highly visible role operating within an internal consulting model , partnering directly with business and technology leaders to design and deliver enterprise-scale data solutions. You'll help guide data strategy, architect modern platforms, and drive analytics initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and customer operations.

What We're Looking For

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise data architectures, roadmaps, and solution blueprints.
• Build scalable data models supporting analytics, BI, AI, and reporting initiatives.
• Architect end-to-end data solutions including ingestion, integration, transformation, storage, and consumption layers.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to solve complex data challenges.
• Lead integration efforts across ERP platforms including SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Establish best practices around governance, security, metadata, and data quality.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to teams across the organization.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Analytics experience.
• Expert-level Data Modeling experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• SQL
• Python
• Spark
• Experience working directly with stakeholders in a consulting, architecture, or advisory capacity.

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• SAP, SAP S/4HANA, IFS, or other ERP platforms.
• Azure-based data solutions.
• Data governance, MDM, and analytics architecture.
