Responsibilities
- Consumer’s data scientists use a combination of technical and business skills to help Client’s brands achieve their financial and strategic objectives. A Data Scientist learns the job while performing hands-on analytics and modeling.

- Process data using Python, PySpark, and Databricks
- Develop models and dashboards
- Learn the job while performing hands-on analytics and modeling
- Help business partners make more profitable decisions based on customer and prospect insights
- Customer interaction for collecting data in Subscription model; collect feedback and implement improvements
- Experience with statistical software and database languages
- Experience using data science to improve customer experience and business profitability
- Proficiency in Python packages such as PySpark, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib, and lifelines
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of methods such as frequentist statistics, Bayesian statistics, forecasting, optimization, causal inference, machine learning, and natural language processing
- Proficiency with version control
- Experience with reading and writing data in the cloud
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates across functions with strong skills in persuasive and informative speaking
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Prefer someone from Retail domain with customer interaction and retention experience, possibly in subscription model
