Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex structured/unstructured datasets
- Develop predictive and statistical models to solve business problems
- Build machine learning models and data pipelines
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics, and client stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security and governance standards
- Present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Analytics
- Strong experience with Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with big data technologies is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
