To enhance the analytical engine behind pharmacy data and Part D Star measures, the full-time Data Scientist, Pharmacy will work remotely to apply data science techniques, develop predictive models, and create actionable insights for stakeholders in the Medicare Advantage line of business. Key responsibilities Partner with Pharmacy leadership to identify business problems and propose analytical solutions Design dashboards and reporting tools to track Stars measure trajectories and intervention impacts Build and deploy predictive models and scalable analytical tools for pharmacy performance evaluation Required qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in predictive modeling and data analysis Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field Strong programming skills in Python, Java, R, Scala, or C++ Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and relational databases Experience in building data science solutions with measurable outcomes
