This role focuses on building scalable, production-grade data and machine learning pipelines that power analytics, predictive models, and AI-driven insights across the firm, including work within our Databricks environment.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, applied machine learning, or advanced analytics rolesAdvanced proficiency in Python, with demonstrated experience building production-grade data, ML, or GenAI pipelinesHands-on experience working with Generative AI or LLM-based systems, including prompt design, evaluation, and application integrationStrong grounding in data analysis, statistics, and exploratory analysisExperience translating business or domain questions into analytical approaches and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholdersStrong hands-on experience with Databricks (Spark, notebooks, jobs, Delta Lake) in a production environmentSolid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and distributed data processingExperience deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production environmentsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearlyPreferred SkillsExperience with MLflow, model registries, and experiment trackingFamiliarity with version control and deployment workflows for data, ML, and GenAI solutionsExperience with RAG architectures, vector databases, or semantic searchFamiliarity with GenAI evaluation techniques, including human-in-the-loop reviewKnowledge of SQL and data warehousing conceptsExperience supporting talent analytics, people analytics, executive assessment, or professional services use casesAbility to design analyses and narratives appropriate for senior consultant and executive audiencesExperience working in regulated or enterprise environments with an emphasis on reliability, governance, and trustWorking Place: NYC, New York, United StatesCompany: ESR Healthcare
