- Experienced with hybrid search algorithms, retrieval pipelines, intent detection, query expansion, and relevance tuning in Elasticsearch, OpenSearch (++very important++ )
- Knowledgeable about with NLP techniques such as entity recognition, disambiguation, semantic similarity, and embedding-based retrieval
- Comfortable with very large and quickly changing data sets
- Ideally in the NYC area and comfortable with the hybrid work schedule
