Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Data Scientist for their Louisville, KY/ Dallas TX location.Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop predictive, forecasting, and statistical models to support decision-making.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, and inferential statistics.
- Build and optimize data pipelines and analytical solutions using Python, SQL, and Databricks.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define analytical requirements and communicate insights.
- Monitor model performance and ensure adherence to data governance and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- SQL
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Databricks
- Statistical Analysis & Forecasting
- Predictive Modeling
- Data Visualization
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
