Data Scientist II

For our client, we are seeking a Data Scientist II to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $112,000 — $179,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Apply diverse techniques including data mining and statistical analysis to provide insights for business decisions
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop data-driven solutions for growth
• Engage with line of business teams to promote data-driven decision making
• Communicate complex analyses and insights in a clear and visual manner to stakeholders
• Adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in computer science, engineering, math, statistics, economics, or related field; Master's preferred
• 2+ years of data science experience in an industry setting
• Solid foundations in statistical and machine learning techniques
• Familiarity with advanced machine learning methods, such as deep learning and generative AI
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Experience with AWS cloud solutions and model orchestration tools like Airflow
• Strong communication skills, able to present data insights clearly
