Responsibilities
* Act as the lead data strategist, identifying and integrating new datasets into product capabilities.
* Partner with engineering to build and enhance data products.
* Execute analytical experiments across various business domains.
* Identify, collect, and prepare structured and unstructured datasets.
* Build algorithms and models for large-scale data mining, including data validation, error analysis, and model improvement.
* Analyze data for trends, patterns, and clear business objectives.
* Deploy analytical models to production in collaboration with software developers and ML engineers.
Required Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in data science.
* Strong skills in data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
* Advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SAS).
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, research-oriented environment with multiple active projects.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in statistics, applied math, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2+ years of project management experience.
