Job Overview
We are seeking a product‑oriented Data Science professional who partners with engineering and developer teams to turn analytical concepts into real, working business solutions. In this role, you will be hands‑on with data—building prototypes, designing outputs, and setting up tracking metrics—and your primary focus is ensuring our products serve a clear business purpose. You will act as the bridge between technical development and financial workflows, ensuring the models we build are trusted, highly usable, and deeply integrated into daily business processes.
Responsibilities

- Act as the liaison between technical teams and financial workflows, ensuring models are trusted, usable, and integrated.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge to perform varied tasks and projects.
- Contribute to development of policies and procedures.
- Work on complex projects of large scope.
- Develop technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
- Provide innovative and organization‑aligned solutions.
- Complete work independently, receiving general guidance on new projects.
- Have work reviewed for alignment with objectives.
- May mentor less experienced colleagues.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in data science or related field.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience working within Agile and SDLC frameworks.
- Experience using Git and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Experience containerizing applications and models using Docker.
- Experience deploying, managing, or supporting workloads on Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts and production model deployment.
- Demonstrated collaboration with developers or data engineers to deliver data‑driven solutions.
- Product‑focused mindset with strong interest in user experience, adoption, and practical business problem‑solving.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical details to non‑technical business partners.
Expected Salary and Benefits
Anticipated salary range: $94,900 – $122,040. Bonus eligible: No.
