This position focuses on data visualization, SQL querying, and stakeholder collaboration, with occasional exposure to a factory environment.Required EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or Supply Chain.Required Experience2-3 years in analytics with real-world work experience.Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is mandatory.Python experience is a plus, but not required.Job ResponsibilitiesDocumentation: Meet with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.DevOps: Participate in weekly task reviews.Data Modeling: Build SQL views for analytics.Reporting: Develop Power BI dashboards using SQL data sources.Factory Collaboration: Occasionally enter the factory with provided PPE.Required Soft SkillsCommunication: Ability to document needs and ask clarifying questions.Independence: Self-directed work with strong time management skills.Red Flags (Disqualifiers)Lack of hands-on SQL/Power BI experience outside academia.Inability to demonstrate independent project work in a professional setting.
