Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Python, SQL, statistical analysis, experimentation, and machine learning
• Feature engineering, model selection, validation, and explainability
• Experience with cloud data platforms, notebooks, pipelines, and model lifecycle practices
• Ability to translate business problems into measurable analytical objectives
• Data quality, privacy, bias, and responsible AI awareness
• Retail, healthcare, pharmacy, customer analytics, or regulated data experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define the business problem, hypotheses, success metrics, and analytical approach.
• Explore, prepare, and validate structured and unstructured data.
• Develop, compare, and validate statistical, machine learning, or AI models.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams to operationalize solutions.
• Design experiments and communicate findings, limitations, and recommendations.
• Monitor model performance, drift, quality, fairness, and business impact.
• Document assumptions, lineage, methodology, and governance requirements.

• Strong analytical storytelling and stakeholder communication skills.
• Collaborative, curious, outcome-oriented, and rigorous in handling data.

Salary Range-$110,000-$170,000 a year
