Job TitleCreate a dashboard that drills down into employees probability to attrite, the reason why, and predict the expected date. They use Workday for their HR, CRM, time-tracking. Spreadsheet of every day for next 6 months by hours on X axis, Y axis is roles of each nurse in dept.

Predict how many of those roles you’d have on staff every single day every single hour. Have a vision into Staffing x patient metrics. Visualization, on this day, on this shift, we are short 3 nurses and need to get traveling nurses.

Solution: Prescriptive model to reduce spend on traveling nurses.As a Senior Data Scientist you will:Work closely with stakeholders to understand the use-cases and identify focus areas with the highest potential for impactDefine and analyze metrics that will in-turn inform the key drivers for decision making & operational efficienciesAnalyze large amounts of messy data, work on data quality, uncover actionable insights and present them in a compelling mannerProvide technical & thought leadership designing and implementing machine learning techniquesOur Ideal Candidate Will Have:High levels of curiosity and eager enthusiasm for open-ended problemsExperience and interest in problem formulation based on relatively abstract information5+ years experience applying machine learning or statistical modeling on large-scale datasetsExperience with SnowflakeExperience with Data HaikuDeep understanding of the basic classes of ML algorithms and their underlying assumptionsTechnical expertise in one or more of the following topics: Anomaly Detection, Clustering, Time-Series Analysis & Forecasting, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Uncertainty Quantification5+ years experience writing production-quality, scalable code using PythonExpert level knowledge working with libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, etc.
