Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our team in California. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–4 years of experience who are eager to leverage data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to solve business problems. You will analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, build AI-powered solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Build predictive, classification, recommendation, and forecasting models.
  • Design AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
  • Build scalable data pipelines and automate data workflows.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Software Developers, and Product Managers.
  • Deploy machine learning models using cloud platforms and MLOps best practices.
  • Monitor model performance and continuously improve prediction accuracy.
  • Present technical findings and business insights to stakeholders.

  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment.
