🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to support data-driven solutions within a Global Defense/Maritime environment. The role will involve analyzing complex structured and unstructured data, developing predictive models, and applying machine learning and data visualization techniques to support mission-critical decisions.
🔹 Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, or data mining
- 5+ years of experience with statistical/general-purpose programming for data analysis
- Strong experience with Python, R, SQL, SAS, or MATLAB
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data
- Experience developing predictive models, quantitative analyses, and data visualizations
- Experience with big data/distributed ecosystems such as Spark, Databricks, Elasticsearch, or NiFi
- Knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or NLP
- Bachelor’s degree
- US Citizen eligible for Secret clearance
