Leading a team of data scientists, the full-time remote Data Scientist Associate Manager will guide junior staff, oversee complex initiatives, and drive the strategic application of machine learning and predictive modeling to enhance business outcomes. Key responsibilities Reviews and communicates modeling techniques and results to ensure understanding and integration into business processes Develops and executes a communication strategy to influence stakeholders on the effectiveness of machine learning solutions Mentors junior data scientists while collaborating across business units to implement machine learning models that address business challenges Required qualifications A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience using Python for data analysis and model building Experience with modern data science tools such as R, SQL, TensorFlow, and PyTorch Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud security fundamentals Introductory experience or strong interest in Generative or Agentic development Exposure to AWS Bedrock and/or Azure Foundry through projects or coursework
