AFS is looking for a Data Scientist to support our nation's most critical missions. You will join a team of curious and dedicated professionals, working together to tackle challenging problems in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.What you'll need:Bachelor's degree in relevant technical fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience programming with data analysis software such as: R, Python, SAS, or MATLABExperience working with large-scale or complex datasetsExperience with data visualization tools (e.g.: Tableau, Power BI, D3, etc.), dataset analysis and/or developing analyticsBonus Points if you have:Familiarity or experience doing data science within the context of AI/ML, Cyber, and/or SIGINTExperience with graph-based algorithms and analyticsFamiliarity with production-level deployment of machine learning modelsKnowledge of data mining techniques specific to network logs or structured metadataExperience with cloud-based data analytics platformsFamiliarity with agile development methodologies in data science projectsExperience with automated feature engineering or model selection toolsKnowledge of data privacy and security best practices in analyticsClearance: Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance$120,000 - $220,000 USDEqual Employment Opportunity Statement We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
