Data scientist – Generative AI Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building and deploying LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, AI agents, and production-grade Generative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Develop AI agents, copilots, conversational AI, and intelligent search solutions.
- Integrate LLMs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or open-source model ecosystems.
- Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval.
- Evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, hallucinations, and overall response quality.
- Optimize GenAI applications for performance, scalability, latency, and cost.
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or AI Engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs and Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of RAG architecture, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar.
- Experience working with LLM APIs and/or open-source models.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, Chroma, or similar.
- Understanding of NLP, Transformers, attention mechanisms, and Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Experience developing REST APIs and production AI services.
