To advance predictive analytics capabilities, the full-time salaried Data Scientist 3 will design and deploy machine learning models, collaborate with business leaders across various functions, and mentor junior data scientists while working in a hybrid environment at the corporate headquarters in North Bethesda, Maryland. Key responsibilities Design, develop, validate, and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions to drive business insights Partner with stakeholders to address complex business challenges through advanced analytics and forecasting Lead analytics initiatives and mentor junior team members, enhancing the organization's data science capabilities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 5-8 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning Proficiency in Python and/or R, along with strong SQL skills Experience with predictive modeling techniques and machine learning frameworks Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments, preferably AWS and Amazon SageMaker
