Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedData Scientist III to lead advanced analytics, machine learning, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision support initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inPython, machine learning, statistical analysis, SQL, data visualization, big data technologies, and model deployment , along with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and deploy advancedmachine learning and predictive models .
- Apply deep learning, ensemble methods, neural networks, and other advanced analytical techniques.
- Perform feature engineering and model optimization.
- Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and validation.
- Design and analyzeA/B tests and experiments .
- Develop effective dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar tools.
- Partner with data engineering and IT teams to integrate data from multiple sources, data lakes, and data warehouses.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
- Support real-time analytics and data-driven business applications.
- Develop and optimize algorithms for complex business and operational problems.
- Ensure appropriate data privacy, security, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, business leaders, and subject matter experts.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership.
- Help define data science strategy, standards, and technology roadmaps.
- Evaluate emerging AI, machine learning, and analytics technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, or related experience.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. inComputer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline .
- Advanced proficiency withPython, R, Julia, or similar analytical programming languages .
- Expert knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques.
- Strong SQL and database experience.
- Experience deploying machine learning models into production.
- Strong statistical modeling and analytical skills.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience withPower BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or similar visualization tools .
- Experience with big data and distributed computing technologies such asSpark or Hadoop .
- Deep learning and neural network experience.
- Experience with cloud-based analytics and machine learning platforms.
- Experience leading data science projects or mentoring technical teams.
- Strong understanding of data ethics, privacy governance, and compliance.
- Experience developing enterprise AI or machine learning solutions.
