The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in programming, statistical analysis, machine learning, and data preparation, ensuring effective data analysis and informed decision-making.What you'll do:Develop and implement data-driven solutions using programming languages such as Python and RConduct statistical analyses, including regression, hypothesis testing, and distribution analysis, to interpret data accuratelyDesign and train machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow and Scikit-Learn for predictive analytics and automationPerform data wrangling to clean and organize raw datasets, making them ready for meaningful analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insightsWhat you'll need:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, operations research, engineering or computer science) 4 years of experience in software development, cloud development, analyzing datasets, or developing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics can be substituted for a Bachelor's degreeA PhD from an accredited college or university in a quantitative discipline can be substituted for four 4 years of experience14 years of experience in software engineering in similar programs and contracts5 years of experience programming with data analysis software such as R, Python, SAS, or MATLABBonus points if you have:Familiarity with libraries like NumPy, pandas, and advanced visualization toolsExperience analyzing datasets and developing analyticsExperience in creating impactful data visualizations and reports for stakeholdersAbility to work independently and in a collaborative team environmentStrong foundation in statistics and probability, including regression analysis and hypothesis testingHands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Scikit-LearnExpertise in data wrangling to prepare raw data for analysisExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsSecurity Clearance:Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearanceCompensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
