To enhance pharmacy financial performance and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Data Science Analyst II will perform high-impact data analysis, reporting, and automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop interactive dashboards and optimize SQL queries. Key Responsibilities Analyzes diverse data requests and collaborates with departmental staff to identify reporting requirements and methodologies Develops and presents reports and findings to senior management, leveraging advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights Acts as a liaison for internal stakeholders, translating their needs into reporting and analytic solutions while ensuring adherence to corporate standards Required Qualifications BA or BS degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of analytics development experience, preferably in healthcare Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel with experience in large relational databases Strong understanding of 340B program compliance and hospital pharmacy operations Excellent communication skills to convey data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
