Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead critical initiatives that ensure enterprise data is accessible, reliable, and AI-ready through strategic data delivery programs and governance frameworks. This role will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional projects that transform raw data into actionable, high-quality datasets while establishing the infrastructure and processes needed to deliver data efficiently across the organization for AI and analytics use cases.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership and StrategyDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for complex data and data governance projectsManage project portfolios involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and technical dependenciesData Readiness and Delivery OperationsManage projects for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across multiple data sources and consumer applicationsEstablish SLAs and monitoring frameworks for data delivery performance, availability, and quality metricsData Governance and ComplianceImplement data governance frameworks that support scalable data delivery while ensuring compliance with privacy regulationsCoordinate data lineage mapping and impact analysis to support reliable data delivery and change managementDevelop governance policies that balance data accessibility with security and compliance requirementsStakeholder Management and CommunicationServe as primary liaison between data engineering, data science, business stakeholders, and executive leadership on data delivery initiativesFacilitate requirements gathering sessions to understand data consumption patterns and delivery needs across business unitsProcess Improvement and InnovationIdentify opportunities to streamline data delivery operations and reduce time-to-value for data consumersChampion self-service data access initiatives and develop training programs to improve organizational data literacyRequired QualificationsTechnical SkillsIntermediate-level experience with SQL or other query-languagesCertification in data management, cloud platforms, or DataOps practicesExperience with agile project management methodologies, DevOps, and DataOps implementationDeep understanding of data pipeline architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and data delivery patternsExperience with modern data platforms and cloud data servicesKnowledge of data integration tools, API management, and real-time data streaming technologiesUnderstanding of AI/ML data requirements, feature engineering, and model training data preparationProficiency in project management tools and data platform monitoring toolsExperience with data governance and catalog toolsEducation and ExperienceMaster's degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA with focus on data strategy7+ years of project management experience with focus on data delivery, data platform implementation, or analytics initiatives3+ years of hands-on experience with data pipeline development, data warehouse projects, or enterprise data architectureSalesForce professional consulting experience preferredCore CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to translate technical data concepts for business stakeholdersExceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple data delivery projects and complex technical dependencies simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with deep attention to data quality and delivery performance metricsProven track record of delivering enterprise data solutions that meet performance, quality, and availability requirementsExperience facilitating technical requirements workshops, data architecture reviews, and cross-functional delivery planning sessions
