Seeking a Data Quality Lead to oversee data quality processes and controls in a full-time remote role, this position will manage investigations of data issues, improve quality-control processes, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance internal tools. Key responsibilities Lead the investigation and resolution of data quality issues Develop and maintain data quality controls and operating procedures Build, manage, and develop a team of data quality analysts as the function expands Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in data quality, data operations, analytics, or a related field Proficiency with SQL, spreadsheets, and business intelligence or reporting tools Experience conducting root cause analysis and translating findings into actionable recommendations Comfort working with automation and AI-assisted tools Ability to balance hands-on execution with team leadership and process development
