You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish accountability, define data standards, and develop proactive monitoring strategies to reduce operational inefficiencies and improve data trustworthiness.Required Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field3-5 years of experience in data quality, data engineering, data governance, or analyticsProficiency in SQL for data validation and analysisExperience with data pipelines and transformation tools, preferably Azure Data FactoryStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose cross-system data issuesExcellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagementKnowledge of relational data modeling, normalization, and schema designAbility to work independently within distributed teamsNice to Have Skills:Experience working in commercial, distribution, or manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with data governance and metadata tools such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Alation, or InformaticaKnowledge of master data management concepts for Customer and Product domainsExperience with data quality frameworks aligned with DAMA-DMBOK or ISO-8000 standardsExposure to CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, and ERP systems such as EpicorSupporting analytics platforms like Power BIOther Requirements:Ability to support data classification standards aligned with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulatory frameworksFamiliarity with data lineage and classification tools such as Microsoft PurviewWillingness to operate independently and proactively in a fast-paced, remote, or distributed environmentHarness your expertise and play a key role in elevating data quality standards across the organization.
