The Data Project Manager uses PowerPlatform, CAD, and other design/space technology software to provide support to Project Management, Occupancy Planning, and Move Managers.
Key Responsibilities:Provides expertise in build-out, management, and refinement of PowerPlatform-based tools used to collect, process and measure data from multiple sources to produce valuable metrics on space utilizationCollect and analyze data from multiple sourcesCollect, maintain, analyze, and report space, occupancy, workforce, and facilities-related data to support decision-makingDevelop and maintain dashboards, trackers, reports, charts, and other visuals to support space utilization, move planning, and resource requirementsAnalyze space utilization trends, identify gaps, conflicts, inefficiencies, and risks, and recommend practical improvements to support operationsSupport physical space planning, seating optimization, office move coordination, and implementation planning.Manage and report space allocation dataProactively monitor space allocation data and changes and generate needed reports and analysis on space allocation and utilizationMaintain data integrity by validating source information, resolving discrepancies, documenting assumptions, and ensuring reports and dashboards reflect current conditionsRequired Experience & Skills:Minimum 10 years of experience developing, maintaining, and using analytic models, dashboards, visualizations, reports, or data-driven decision-support productsDemonstrated experience in data integration and analytics, metrics development, reporting, visualization, and reportingDemonstrated experience supporting space management, facilities coordination, resource planning, or related operational planning functionsExpertise in PowerPlatform-based tools and the methodologies and calculations used to generate and analyze allocation models.Excellent organization and documentation experience requiredAnticipates, identifies, quantifies, and resolves problems in a timely and positive mannerConsistently meets deadlines and completes tasks as previously definedAbility to pass a "suitability" background investigation and ability to gain a MINIMUM OF TOP SECRET CLEARANCES (with eligibility for SCI access) requiredPreferred Experience & Skills:Understanding or proficiency with CAD or similar toolsExperience supporting national security or defense agencies preferredSolid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with construction and furniture terminologyRequired Education:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Information Systems, Facilities Management, Geography, Geospatial Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Preferred Education:Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Information Systems, Facilities Management, Geography, Geospatial Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Salary Range: Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications.
