You will gather requirements and define product features in partnership with stakeholders. You will prioritize features and enhancements based on business needs and customer input. You will guide the development, testing, and deployment of data products. You will monitor performance, user feedback, and compliance to ensure continual improvement and adherence to standards.Education & Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business or a related field and a minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in data products, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Highly developed SQL skills and (Python is a plus) and reporting technologies (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) An understanding of data governance and master data management and their role in data integrity and mastered data products. Demonstrated Product Management ability including utilizing an agile framework to lead a team in the delivery of data products. Excellent leadership skills including alignment with BOKF core values. Proven ability to manage priorities across business units and lines of authority. Excellent verbal and written communication skills used across all levels of an organization. Ability to build strong business and team partnerships is essential. Proven track record of successfully supporting and managing projects with business leaders, including financial acumen. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; must be able to independently solve complex problems and identify solutions.
