Akkodis is seeking an experienced Data Product Developer for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing technology team. This is a newly created position supporting a cloud-first, API-driven platform. The ideal candidate understands how data moves between systems and can work with complex structured and unstructured datasets. You’ll join an Agile development environment and work closely with database and development professionals to build reliable data pipelines, resolve data issues, and enhance the organization’s cloud data capabilities.

Pay/Salary Range: $100,000.00/Year to $130,000.00/Year. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Work extensively with Azure Cosmos DB and Azure SQL Database.
• Transform and move structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data between NoSQL, relational databases, APIs, and flat files.
• Build reusable ADF Mapping Data Flows for JSON parsing, data cleansing, enrichment, and transformation.
• Analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues across cloud environments.
• Optimize Cosmos DB partitioning, indexing, and RU utilization.
• Develop and optimize T-SQL, database schemas, and data models.
• Implement data quality, validation, error handling, logging, and automated testing.
• Support deployments through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in an Agile/Scrum environment, including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and code reviews.
