Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Product Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders to define and deliver data-driven solutions in support of reporting, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. This is a business-facing role ideally suited for someone with product management experience in data, reporting, and analytics , combined with a solid understanding of Azure-based data platforms .

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to gather and define data/reporting requirements
• Analyze existing data workflows and reporting architecture to identify pain points and improvement areas
• Contribute to the design of data marts, ETL processes, and cloud-based data models
• Help move on-prem data infrastructure and workflows to Azure cloud services
• Participate in data analysis, modeling, and workflow orchestration efforts
• Ensure proper documentation of data processes and ensure consistency across reporting structures
• Provide input into data pipeline orchestration and performance optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a Product Manager, Data Analyst, or Data Product role
• Proven experience in business-facing roles for data/reporting/analytics projects
• Strong understanding of Azure Data Services , including (but not limited to):
• Hands-on SQL skills for querying and analysis (not deep like a BI/Data Analyst)
• Experience with data modeling , ETL processes , and designing data marts
• Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration and tools like Apache Airflow
• Must have industry experience in Asset Management or Investment Management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with Azure Stream Analytics, Databricks, or Analysis Services
• Experience troubleshooting data architecture latency and performance issues
